Land lot / Property lot selection Forecast:

Today, I would like to share another example how the QMDJ is used to forecast which land / property lot has good Feng Shui and good for investment.

A client raised a question that he would like to select one of the two given land / property lots, to find out which one would have better Feng Shui and good for investment.

To find out the outcome, we can plot a QM Hour Chart on the time when the question was raised. See attached Figure of the QM Hour Chart.

In QM Forecasting,
– the Day (Ji 己) represents the asker, presents in the Earth palace as shown.
– the Hour (Gui 癸) represents the subject matter, or the question raised, in this case, the Feng Shui of the land / property lot. The Hour presents in the Metal palace as shown. Inside this Metal palace, it consists of the Universe realm (UHook 陳), Heavenly Star (SClash 沖), and Door (DFear 驚). The presence of the SClash in the Metal palace or West sector, is called the Fan Yin () situation for all the Heavenly Stars. The Fan Yin situation is not a desirable outcome that we want to see. It could lead to issues like finance or money, health, relationship, career, accident or other possible bad outcomes. UHook is another negative Universe realm that could lead to lingering or prolonged issues. DFear Door presents in the Metal palace or the West sector, is called Fu Yin situation. This is another situation that we would not like to see in the forecasting. It indicates the development process is rather slow or stagnant, situation could lead to anxiety, discomfort and worry. Seeing the Feng Shui with the presence of these few negative parameters as mentioned above. It is quite a straightforward deduction that the Feng Shui is not good for the client.
– The DDeath Door (死) represents the piece of land. It is in the Earth palace
– The DLife Door (生) represent the property. It is in the Earth palace.
– The use of the 5 elements interaction (production or countering) is important to evaluate the subject matter in relation to the asker.

Both the land and property produce the subject matter (Feng Shui). It means, over time, the land and property will weaken their positive energy to the environment, or we can also say the land and property hardly contain the necessary auspicious energy to benefit the client.

From the above deductions, the client is recommended not to purchase.

Advanced observations from the chart (for those who are quite good in QM, NOT for beginners):
The property will not have a good front view or Bright Hall (明堂) and will have water related problem.
Can invest to make money particularly if the unit is built to face South direction.
