Property Feng Shui Forecast:
Today, I would like to share an example how the QMDJ is used to forecast whether a purchased property has good Feng Shui.
A client bought a condominium last year and wanted to know whether this purchased unit has good Feng Shui for them to live in after the completion.
To find out the Feng Shui outcome, we can plot a QM Hour Chart on the time when the question was raised. See attached Figure of the QM Hour Chart.
In QM Forecasting,
– the Day (Ding 丁) represents the asker, presents in the Earth palace as shown.
– the Hour (Wu 戊) represents the subject matter, or the question raised, in this case, the Feng Shui of the property. The Hour presents in the Wood palace as shown,
– The DLife Door (生门) represent the building. It is in the Water palace.
– The use of the 5 elements interaction (production or countering) is important to evaluate the subject matter in relation to the asker.
We know Wood counters Earth – the subject matter (Feng Shui) counters the asker. This means the Feng Shui might not be suitable for the asker.
Water produces Wood – the building produces the subject matter (Feng Shui). It means, over time, the building will weaken in positive energy to the environment, or we can also say the building hardly contain the necessary auspicious energy to benefit the residents there.
Another indication, the DE or Void presents in the asker’s palace. This indicates the asker will not fit to manage the unit he purchased. Especially when we notice the asker (Earth) counters the building (Water).
The above observations can be used to deduce this purchased property has not had good Feng Shui that can benefit the asker and the building. As such, the asker is recommended to sell it since the price is going up.
Note: Photo provided for the construction site has further proven the building is not designed with good energy containment (Feng Shui) to benefit the residents. Details of how to verify from the photo, will not be covered here.
