About Yourself:
Your date and time of birth will determine your DNA or your major characteristics with respect to FIVE elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth) per the Chinese Metaphysical Principles. About yourself can also be decoded in 4 pillars using your year, month, day and hour of birth. This is also called as Bazi or 4 Pillars of Destiny in Chinese Metaphysics. If your DNA comes with balanced of the 5 elements, then you will enjoy a stable lifestyle throughout your life. No major problem that will likely affect you. However, most of us will have an imbalanced elements in our DNA, that makes our life a little bit exciting! To capitalize the good luck, you need to find a day and time with the element(s) that can compliment your DNA, or best of all, empower you to achieve what you really want!
However, you need to understand that each element has its distinctive characteristics too! For example, Wood represents growth; Fire represents hope, brand/image and motivation; Earth represents stability, trust and consolidation; Metal represents execution and influence; and finally Water represents wisdom, clarity and flow. Depending what you want to achieve, each element does provide you certain degree of empowerment.
As such, to choose a lucky day or so-called auspicious day, you need to know your strength of each element based on your date and time of birth. You might ask, what if, you do not know your time or hour of birth? Well, you can still use your year, month and day of birth to determine your strength of each element. Although, it might be 100% accurate, it does give you a better way to find out your lucky days as compared with if you totally do not use your date of birth! Similar to our daily life in making decision, having some degree of information and data is always better than having no information and data!
I came across some people who were adopted by someone without knowing their actual date of birth! Under this circumstance, this system of using the BAZI, might not work well. On the other hand, this is not the end of the world, there is always a solution to a problem. If you are one of those, you don’t have to feeling low or dejected, there is another system, namely Qi Men Dun Jia (literally translated from Chinese as Mystical Doors Hiding the Grand Marshall). However, i prefer to name it as “Mystical Doors to Thriving Kingdom” as this system provides us the needed information to carry out task, project or what we really want to do. The information includes when, where, who, what, which and how! Isn’t this give you the light in the tunnel? Well, since this article focuses on yourself based on your date and time of birth, i shall write about this Qi Men Dun Jia system in future article. Where you live?
Why where you live will determine when is your lucky day? Similar to human, everything on this planet is represented with 5 elements according to Chinese Metaphysics. Where you live, is surrounded by the environment that might consist of mountains, hills, rocks, mining, rivers, sea, lakes, beaches, ponds, pools, swamps, trees, plants, flowers, buildings, roads, railways, drains, monsoon drains, or etc. These features do possess certain degree of one or more of the 5 elements per the Chinese Metaphysics. Living in an environment that possesses the elements that can empower you, does make you to determine the right moment or right day easily, as opposed to living in an environment that possesses the elements that weaken you or control you! For example, if your date and time of birth lacks the Wood element, you should not stay in an environment that is full of Fire, Earth or Metal element or energy. The reason is as follows: Fire requires Wood to burn, when this happens, it depletes the Wood element. If you are weak in Wood, further deplete your Wood element will not give you the empowerment you need if you live in an environment that full of Fire element! Similarly, living in an environment that full of Earth element, Wood like plant or tree, do grow in the soil or earth. Growing up requires energy from its element, if your date and time of birth lacks the Wood element, living in the environment that full of Earth element, does drain away your Wood element and make you weaker further. Under this situation, you will not live with the empowerment you need. Finally, if you live in an environment that filled up with lots of Metal element, you may suffer “out of control” situation. It’s mainly due to the fact that Metal chops Wood, once being chopped, its element or energy is reduced drastically. Since you are weak in Wood, further reduction will make you weakened further! Empowerment is unlikely happened when you are in weakening environment!
In short, where you live will determine whether you will have a lucky day or not
What you really want to achieve?
Knowing who you are, where you live and finally what you want are almost like an introduction to whoever we meet the first time! Well, in life, we really need to know what we want. Over the years, it comes to my attention that many do not really know what they really want! This is true for majority of those who are living in their comfort zone! They feel so comfortable in the current state, they don’t really know or realize that environment can change, things can change, their job can change! Things are changing and evolving everyday! Change is an inevitable event, so much so, someone called it as “Change is a constant!” It’s very dangerous that we are living in a comfort zone without realizing the need to change ourselves, to constantly learn, unlearn and relearn old and new skills to position ourselves for future changes in our life.
What you really want to achieve, does have a connection to the 5 elements! As mentioned earlier, each element does have their distinctive characteristics. Do you really want to grow? If you are, then Wood element is something that you really need to focus on. Finding a Wood day or living in an environment that empower your growth and to perform your growth might be a good way to empower you! Similarly, for other means of achievement. You may look for various elements that could empower you with your own elements that derived from your data and time of birth!
In summary, it’s very important you know what you really want to achieve. Only then, you can determine what is the good day to do so! This is what we call “Lucky day”!
