Different external environments using different Feng Shui techniques

As written in my previous post, selecting a lucky day is a very important exercise as it helps you to get what you want, when you want, how you want and with who you want! Selecting this special day requires few information about yourself, where you live and what you really want to achieve. Many business tycoons, politicians, celebrities and entrepreneurs have been getting the help of Feng Shui masters, Astrologists or Chinese Metaphysics guru for selecting a so-called lucky day for their important projects, activities or battles!
Let’s talk about examples of the date: 2018/April/10 10.00am. This timing can be translated into Chinese 4 pillars of destiny code (Bazi) as Figure 1.

After looking for the real water and mountain, we will then identify any inauspicious structures that could give rise to undesirable energy (qi) to the premises and its residents. The inauspicious structures can be one of the following:
- Pylon
- Transmission tower or pole
- Relatively large piece of sharp edge pointing towards the main entrance
- Rubbish dumped site
- Septic tank
- Strong odor site
- and few others
Once we have determined what are existent in the premise surrounding, we will then decide what Feng Shui Technique(s) to apply for making both the external environment and the premises co-exist harmoniously. There are total of 6 violation rules we need to ensure the premises do not face to or place to. The 1st major violation rule is the door/main entrance facing and the incoming/outgoing water (real or imaginary) must not cover the entire 45 degrees of anyone of the 8 major sectors (Gua 卦). In identifying the facing direction of one door/main entrance, we can divide the entire 360 degrees into 24 minor sectors (or also known as 24 “Mountains 山” in Feng Shui terminology). Each minor sector or “Mountain” is equal to 15 degrees (= 360 degrees / 24). 1 major sector consists of 3 minor sectors (or also known as 1 Gua governed 3 “Mountains” in Feng Shui terminology). Refer to Figure 3 for further illustration.

We can then look into more detail of how the 1st major violation rule can be evaluated. For example, a house that has a door facing of E2 leaning towards E3 as show in the Figure 4 below:

The Figure 4 clearly shows an example of how the 1st major violation rule being evaluated and quantified. The real or imaginary incoming water comes from E1 direction with respect to the door or main entrance, quantified that the door/main entrance facing and the incoming/outgoing water (real or imaginary) have covered the entire 45 degrees of anyone of the 8 major sectors (Gua 卦). In this case, the East Gua or Zhen (震) Gua governed the E1, E2 and E3 are all related in the door/main entrance facing with the incoming water.
This violation may lead to possible (1) lack of children or children fall sick easily, (2) loss of wealth or money opportunities or (3) accident resulted in hand or leg injuries.
The other 5 violation rules will be published in future posts.
Once we can ascertain the premises do not violate anyone of these 6 rules, we will then apply anyone or few of the 10 auspicious structures or rules to tap the external energy (qi) to benefit the residents of the premises. The 1st rule is based on the pairing of either the incoming mountain with the house sitting OR water exit with the house facing. The pairing must obey the following criteria: E1-NE1; E2-NE2; E3-NE3; and etc..
