Property Investment Forecast using QMDJ (奇门遁甲) case #4

One of its modern applications of Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ 奇门遁甲) is to forecast whether a property investment will bring in the necessary good return. We can use this technique to assess whether one can get a profitable return from this kind of investment.
Below is one of the cases that my client asked:
Question: He has identified a property to invest, and he wants to know whether this is a good investment.

Day stem Geng 庚 at the SW palace represents the asker, and the palace consists of DHarm 慯, SAdvisor 輔 and U9Earth 地 that shows the asker is a highly educated and loaded person who has been looking for a property investment.
Hour stem Ren 壬 at the NE palace represent the general outlook for the investment. With the presence of the DFear 驚, the investment has to be carefully checked to avoid legal action later.
In investment, we pay attention to the relationship among the asker, the profit DLife 生 at the S palace and the capital Wu 戊 stem at the NW palace.
The profit DLife at the S palace produces the asker at the SW palace. It means this property investment has the potential to gain the good return. On the other hand, the capital Wu 戊 at the NW palace is in the void of energy situation, which means the capital will be in a difficult situation after the investment. It is better to wait till the capital is in the better situation after Oct, 2018 to invest.
This is a classic example of how the QMDJ Forecasting technique is used to assess the property investment return. It is not merely to forecast the outcome of an investment, it can also provide the recommendations to take appropriate action to achieve the intended goal.
