Land Investment Forecast using QMDJ (奇门遁甲) case #5

One of its modern applications of Qi Men Dun Jia (QMDJ 奇门遁甲) is to forecast whether a land investment will bring in the necessary good return. We can use this technique to assess whether one can get a profitable return from this kind of investment.
Below is one of the cases that my client asked:
Question: He has identified a piece of land to invest, and he wants to know whether this will be a profitable investment.

The Day Stem Jia Wu 甲午 or Xin 辛 in the SE palace is the asker while the Hour Stem Yi 乙 in the NW is the piece of land of interest, In investing, as described in many of the previous “posts“, the DLife 生 door represents the profit while the Stem Wu 戊 represents the capital investment. DLife 生 door is located in the same SE palace with the asker and is produced by the Stem Wu 戊 capital investment in the N palace. It means the investment of this piece of land can generate the profit for the asker.
From the Figure, the asker is advised to purchase it in the month of May for ensuring good profit return. Getting the loan for funding the investment can be obtained from the bankers at the N direction of the asker. It will be even better if the asker knows someone in the banking industries who born in 1958, 1968, 1978 or 1988. This person can help the asker to get the loan for funding the investment.
QMDJ Forecasting not only allows us to make a better decision, it can also propose the solutions to materialize the investment!
