Court Case Forecast using QMDJ (奇门遁甲) Case #1

On 20th April 2018, 16 members of United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) filed a court application with the Kuala Lumpur High Court to challenge the legal existence of the party. They want the court to have the Malaysia’s biggest political party suspend its activities, for allegedly breaching the party’s Constitution. More news can be read from this link.
We may forecast whether the filed application can successfully suspend the party’s activities that include for nominating a candidate for coming election.

In this court application case, the UGrandee represents the 16 members of UMNO, as the plaintiff while the stem Ding represents the defendant, the current party leadership. DOpen represents the Judge, DFear represents the lawyer, DMirage represents the affidavit and UHarmony represents the witness and evidence.
The UGrandee (plaintiff) in the SE palace produces the stem Ding (defendant) in the S palace. This means the filing application is more favourable to defendant than plaintiff. The DFear (lawyer) in the E palace is unfortunately located in the void situation, meaning the lawyer is not effective to prove the case. UHarmony (witness and evidence) counters the UGrandee (plaintiff) which does not fair well for the plaintiff. In addition, all the doors in this chart are in the opposite situation (Fan Yin) which means the DMirage (affidavit) is quite weak to prove the case.
Based on the above, the 16 members of UMNO who filed a court application with the Kuala Lumpur High Court to suspend the party’s activities due to its illegality, might face a great challenge. Nevertheless, the QMDJ forecast is only based on the current condition, and the situation can be changed if the 16 members successfully collect the further evidence through the right people, at the right place and at the right time before 26th April court hearing, they do still stand a chance to be successful.
