Career Forecast using QMDJ (奇门遁甲) Case #4

As introduced in previous post of What Qi Men Dun Jia is? One of its modern applications is career forecasting and decision making. We can use this technique to help making an important decision in our career. Previous career forecasting examples (case#1; case#2; case#3)
Below is another one of the cases that my student asked for his son who was born in Xin 辛 year: What will the career outlook for his son from the job offer to him recently? Will he have good future there?

His son with year stem Xin 辛 at the NW palace and is in the void situation. This might mean his son has not been ready for the job yet. His contribution will be noticeable by the senior management (UGrandee 符) or his direct superior (Wu 戊) after Oct 2018. His colleagues are stem Bing 丙 at the W palace, can get along with his son since both palaces are the same metal element. However, due to DSeclusion 杜, they might not share the real technical expertise entirely to him. He has to work hard in getting to get recognition.
For the overall career outlook, we will look for the DOpen 开 at the E palace, which consists of good structure in red font, UHarmony 合 and SFloss 蓬. The E palace produces the DLife at the S palace. This career is very competitive and many people are fighting for the opportunities to make more money. However, since DLife 生 at the S palace counters his son’s palace at the NW, it means money will not come easy for him in this job.
Since the senior management and his direct supervisor are with him, he will be able to learn the needed skills, and then decide to move on another job later with the experience gain.
